This website is operated by Aveera Design Solutions, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Using it means accepting the terms below.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding price is the one given in a written quote for your specific project, and it is valid for the period stated on that quote. Printing costs depend on material, finish, binding, quantity and delivery, and are quoted per project.
Timelines
Design concept timelines quoted on this site — including delivery of first concepts within 48 hours — run from the point we receive your complete item list, not from first contact. Production and delivery timelines are confirmed at quote stage and depend on format, material and finish.
Approval and proofs
Nothing is printed without a signed-off proof. Once a proof is approved, responsibility for the content of that proof — item names, descriptions, prices, contact details — passes to you. Errors introduced by us are reprinted at our cost. Changes requested after approval are a chargeable reprint.
Files and ownership
On full payment, the approved final designs produced for your project are yours to use. Print-ready PDFs are supplied as standard. Native editable source files are supplied on request, and this should be agreed at quote stage. Working files, unused concepts and our own templates and methods remain ours.
Fonts, stock photography and illustrations used in your project are licensed for that project. Where a licence does not transfer, we will tell you.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photography, text or trademark you send us. We are not responsible for third-party claims arising from material you supply.
Showing your project
We may show completed work in our portfolio, on this website and on social media. If you would prefer we did not, tell us and we will not.
Website content
The design, text, photography and code on this website belong to Aveera Design Solutions. Portfolio images show work produced for our clients and remain associated with those brands. Please do not reproduce them.
Liability
We take responsibility for the work we produce. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, arising from use of this website or from a project, beyond the value of that project.
