About Aveera Design Solutions
A design studio that ended up specialising in the one piece of print every customer reads.
Aveera Design Solutions is a design and printing studio in Pune, Maharashtra, India, specialising in restaurant menu card design, menu printing and food brand identity. We have been designing for food and hospitality brands for 15+ years and have delivered 2000+ projects for clients in India and abroad. Printing and finishing are done in-house.
Customers eat with their eyes first
Your menu card is your silent salesman. It is the only piece of design in a restaurant that every single customer reads, and the only one they read at the exact moment they are deciding what to spend. Most venues treat it as a document to be produced. We treat it as the most valuable surface in the room.
That focus was not the plan at the start. Aveera began as a general design studio, and menus were one service among many. They turned out to be the work we were best at and the work clients kept coming back for — and after enough of them, the printing side of the business existed because handing a carefully structured menu to an outside printer and hoping was not good enough.
Today the studio is built around the food and hospitality industry. We understand how layout, colour, category order and photography influence what gets ordered, and we understand what happens to a printed card after it has been picked up forty times a night.
What we do
- Menu card design for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and food brands
- Menu printing, binding and finishing, in-house
- Premium booklet, hard cover, leather and wooden menu cards
- Restaurant branding — logo, identity, signage and collateral
- Food and takeaway packaging
- Table standees, QR menus and promotional print
Whether it is a single card for a new café or a bulk run across a multi-outlet brand, the process is the same and the specification is kept on file so a reprint matches the first batch.
The studio in Pune.
What is actually different
Menu specialists
Not a general agency that also does menus. It is the majority of what leaves the studio.
Design and print together
Material, finish and binding decided while the menu is being designed, not handed off afterwards.
Structure before decoration
Category order and section length get worked out before anything is styled.
Specifications kept on file
A reprint next year matches the batch already on your tables.
Remote works properly
Most projects run over email and WhatsApp, including the international ones.
Honest timelines
First concepts inside 48 hours. Production dates quoted per format, never promised generically.
Dinesh Shedge
CEO & Co-Founder
Dinesh is a designer and entrepreneur who leads Aveera's design practice, with a background in graphic design and UI/UX. He drives the studio's menu and branding work and has personally delivered projects for clients in India and abroad.
His view of the work is straightforward: a menu is a commercial instrument before it is a design object, and the job is to make it look like the venue means it while quietly moving what people order.
Known in Pune, working further out
We are best known as a menu card design company in Pune, and a lot of the work is still local — it is the only city where we can walk into the venue. But the process was built to run remotely, and most projects now do.
Menus are designed for clients anywhere and printed menus are delivered worldwide. Savory Bowls in London is one example — logo and menu designed here, produced here, delivered there. International courier costs and timelines are quoted per project rather than promised in advance.
Quick answers
Where is Aveera Design Solutions based?
Our studio and production facility are in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We work with venues across India and internationally, and most projects run remotely — the item list, the structure conversation and the proof all happen over email and WhatsApp.
Do you only work with restaurants?
Food and hospitality is where most of the work is and where the specialism sits — restaurants, cafés, bars, dessert shops, hotels and resorts, counter and delivery brands. We do take identity and print work outside food, but the menu specialism is the reason most clients come to us.
How do we start working with you?
Send your current menu, your item list and prices, and the format and quantity you have in mind, through the quote form or on WhatsApp. If you are not sure what format you need, describe how the menu gets handled during service and we will tell you.
Let's build your restaurant brand
Send your current menu and item list. We will tell you what is worth keeping and what is costing you orders.
