Aveera Design Solutions prints and finishes restaurant menu cards in-house at our Pune facility. We print on paper, coated and synthetic waterproof stocks, apply matte, gloss, soft-touch and UV finishes, produce leather, wooden and hard covers, and bind with ring, screw-post, saddle-stitch and wiro. Menus are delivered across India and worldwide.
Most menu failures are production failures
A menu rarely fails because the layout was wrong. It fails because the lamination lifted at the corner after three weeks, because the fold cracked through a dark background, because the binding could not take being opened flat, or because the second print run came back a different shade of red than the first.
All of those are decided at production, and all of them are cheaper to prevent at design stage than to fix afterwards. Running the press ourselves means the stock, the finish and the binding get chosen while the menu is still being laid out — a dark background gets a fold allowance, a card that will be handled every service gets synthetic stock instead of laminated paper, and a menu whose prices change quarterly gets a cover with replaceable inners.
It also means we can hold a specification. When you reprint next year, the file, the stock and the finish are on record, so the new batch matches the ones already on your tables.

If prices change more than twice a year, a screw-post or ring cover with replaceable inners usually costs less over two years than reprinting a bound booklet.

One design, many outlets, identical output
Multi-outlet menus are built as a master design with per-branch variants, so the branding stays byte-identical while prices, addresses, phone numbers and QR codes change per location.
That has to be decided before artwork starts. Retrofitting outlet variants onto a menu designed for one venue means rebuilding it. Tell us the number of outlets at quote stage.
For chains reprinting on a cycle, we keep the production specification and the approved proof on file, so a reorder is a single message rather than a fresh project.

What is the minimum order for menu card printing?
There is no fixed minimum on a design project — we regularly print short runs for a single venue, and we also handle bulk orders for multi-outlet brands. Per-unit cost drops sharply with quantity, so it is usually worth telling us your realistic annual usage rather than just this month's.
Which material lasts longest?
For a card handled every service, synthetic or waterproof stock outlives laminated paper by a wide margin because it does not delaminate at the edges. For covers, leather and wood last longest of all, and are usually paired with replaceable inner pages so you can update prices without reprinting the cover.
Can you reprint our existing menu without redesigning it?
Yes, if you have the print-ready file. If all you have is a PDF exported for screen or a photograph of the card, it will need to be rebuilt for print — we will tell you which situation you are in before quoting.
How do you keep colour consistent across reprints?
Printing in-house is the main reason we can. Files are built in CMYK with the stock accounted for, a proof is signed off before the run, and we keep the production specification on file so a reprint six months later matches the first batch.
Can you print menus for multiple outlets with different prices?

Do you deliver outside Pune and outside India?
