Restaurant menu design & printing, delivered beyond India

Designed remotely, printed in Pune, delivered to your venue — or handed to your own printer as files.

Aveera Design Solutions works with restaurant and café clients outside India. Menus are designed remotely over email and WhatsApp, printed and finished in-house in Pune, India, and delivered worldwide. Clients who prefer to print locally receive print-ready CMYK files with a full production specification. Completed international work includes Savory Bowls, a café in London.

Two ways this works

Design and delivery. We design the menu, print and finish it here, and ship it to you. This makes sense when you want a finish that is hard to source locally — leather covers, particular laminates, screw-post binding — or when the run is small enough that shipping is not the dominant cost.

Design only. We design the menu and hand you print-ready CMYK PDFs with bleed, crop marks, fold allowances and a written specification: stock, weight, finish, binding, sizes in millimetres. Your local printer produces it. This is usually the better answer for large runs, heavy finishes, or anywhere import handling would be a nuisance.

We will tell you which of the two makes more sense once we know the format, the run length and where you are. It is not always the one that earns us more.

What does not change

The structural work is identical. The item list, the category order conversation, the decision about where margin sits on the page — none of that requires being in the same room, and it is the part that determines whether the menu sells.

What you lose remotely is the material handling. We resolve that by couriering samples before you commit on a large order, or by sending a physical proof on the actual stock.

How a remote project runs

Six steps, no meetings required

Item list

Your menu items, descriptions and prices, in your currency, plus a photo of the card you use now.

Structure call

One conversation over WhatsApp or email about category order and what you want to sell more of.

Concepts

Two to three directions, usually within 48 hours of the item list arriving.

Revisions

On the direction you pick. Asynchronous, so time zones do not slow it down.

Proof

Digital as standard. Physical proof couriered on the actual stock for large runs.

Print & ship, or files

Printed here and delivered, or print-ready files with a full specification for your local printer.

Being straight about this

Countries we can actually evidence

Plenty of studios list twenty flags on a page like this. We would rather name the places we have genuinely shipped completed work to, which today means India and the United Kingdom.

That is not the limit of where we will deliver — it is the limit of what we can prove. If you are somewhere else, we will quote the courier honestly, tell you the transit time, and tell you if printing locally from our files would serve you better.

FAQ

Quick answers

Can you deliver printed menus outside India?

Yes. We design for clients anywhere and deliver printed menus worldwide. Courier cost and transit time are quoted per project rather than promised in advance, because both depend on destination, weight and the finish — a boxed set of leather covers ships very differently from flat laminated cards.

How does the process work if we are not in India?

Exactly as it does locally, minus the studio visit. You send the item list and your current menu; we agree structure, then send concepts, usually within 48 hours. Proofs are digital, and we will courier a physical proof on the actual stock before a large run if you want one.

What if we want to print locally in our own country?

That is a common and sensible arrangement, especially for heavy or bulky finishes where shipping costs more than printing. You get print-ready CMYK PDFs with bleed, crop marks and a full specification sheet your local printer can work from directly.

Which countries have you worked with?

India and the United Kingdom are the ones we can evidence with completed work — Savory Bowls is a London café. We deliver worldwide, but we would rather name only the places we have actually shipped to than list a page of countries.

How do you handle currency and local conventions?

Prices are set in your currency and formatted the way your market expects. Allergen notation, spice markers, vegetarian and vegan marks and tax-inclusive pricing all vary by country — tell us the convention and we will build the menu to it.

Outside India?

Tell us where you are, your page count and your run length. We will tell you honestly whether to print with us or print locally from our files.
