About Us:
We are a fast-growing business in the standee and print media industry, offering a range of services including standees, banners, brochures, visiting cards, menu cards, and more. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic fresher who is eager to learn and build a career in sales and design services.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify potential clients in Pune who require standees, banners, brochures, visiting cards, and other design-related products.
Client Acquisition: Approach local businesses, stores, event organizers, and individuals to introduce our design and printing services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Sales Support: Assist in negotiating contracts, closing sales, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Client Communication: Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and coordinate with the design team for proper execution.
Follow-ups: Keep in touch with clients for feedback and ensure satisfaction post-service.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our design products and services to effectively communicate the benefits and value to potential clients.
Education:
Any Graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of design concepts (standees, banners, brochures, visiting cards, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiastic and proactive approach toward sales and client relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
A passion for sales and learning new skills in the design and printing industry.
Experience: No prior experience required. Fresher candidates will be provided with on-the-job training.
